Texas Elks Camp on Texoma can accommodate up to 200 guests between our 6 Cabins, Health Lodge, and Family Motel Units.

Conference Buildings

Beck Center

Chapel

The Chapel was moved to the center of Texas Elks Camp on Texoma in 2011 under the “Move this Church” campaign led by Reverend Canon Victoria Heard. Built in 1943 by German Prisoners of War at Camp Maxey, Paris,TX to serve as their church. The building was moved in 1947 to serve the congregation of Epiphany Episcopal Church, Commerce TX. We are proud to have this historic building here at camp.

Cabins

Our Cabin Circle consists of six cabins, all with an A-side and a B-side. ​Each side can accommodate up to 14 people: (12 students and 2 adults) Each cabin has an attached meeting room that can be split in half. In total, the cabins can accommodate 168 people (144 students and 24 adults)

Health Lodge

The Health Lodge can sleep up to 4 guests. The apartment area has two twin beds and is attached to a small kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, sitting and eating area, and a private bathroom. The two exam rooms have a twin bed in each and a shared bathroom right across the hall.

Motels

All 7 unites are configured differently. There is a kitchen/LR unit that can be added in addition to any unit booked for a small fee. All units have their own bathrooms, mini-fridge, and microwaves.

Eagle Aerie

Beautiful large 2-story home with wrap-around porch. Secluded wood area. Perfect for family reunions or retreats. Six bedrooms with one King, one Queen and 9 Twin beds. TV has local channels and DVD player. No wifi.

Dining Hall

Primitive Camping Area Also Available for Day Use or Overnight.

Waterfront Rates

  • Cost is $25 per guard, per hour
  • – 2 guard minimum
  • – ​2 guards for 1 -15 people
  • + 1 guard for each additional 15 people
  • Max of 60 in the swim area
  • (4 guards/$100 per hour)

Since the waterfront has the ability to have several activities at the same time such as; canoeing, boating, fishing, swimming it is important to make sure supervision is set up for each area before a final estimate for your bill can be crafted.
